Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Our pieces are handcrafted in small batches using natural alpaca fibers and traditional techniques.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in texture, tone, or stitching are natural and part of what makes each item unique.
How do I care for alpaca pieces?
We recommend gentle care: spot clean when possible and professional dry cleaning when needed. Avoid high heat, harsh detergents, and machine drying.
Do alpaca pieces shed?
Some shedding can occur at the beginning, especially with fluffy textures. This typically reduces with gentle use and care.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we can include gift-ready packaging when available. If you’d like a gift note, leave a message at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship from New Jersey, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States and to select international destinations. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll confirm options.
How does the buyer choose shipping speed?
At checkout, customers can select from the shipping options shown (standard/expedited, depending on what’s available for the address). Rates and delivery estimates appear automatically at checkout.
How long does processing take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or for special items, it may take slightly longer.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Are duties/taxes included for international orders?
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes set by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our items are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our side.
My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve it.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we’re unable to cancel.

Are your products made with natural fibers?
Yes. We use natural alpaca fibers and materials selected for quality and comfort.
Allergy notice
Our pieces are made from natural animal fibers. If you have sensitivities to animal fibers, please consider this before purchasing. We cannot guarantee allergy-free wear for susceptible individuals.
Are plush toys safe for children?
Our plush toys are handcrafted and may include small parts (such as eyes or decorative elements). For safety, they are not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is advised.
