Due to the handmade nature and limited availability of our products, returns are not accepted for non-defective items such as change of mind or sizing.
However, returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing support@qoriqunaatelier.com with:

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Return Shipping (If Applicable)
If a return is required due to damage or fulfillment error, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping costs.
